One email sounds very good like they are going to help but that is just to get you off their case. The company is in Cypress and I could not get any, none, nix, zero customer support. The web site does not make this clear and when you can not recover a file they tell you that version does not recover that type of file and tells you to upgrade for a price.
One does jpgs, another does jpgs and tiff, another does Excel, another does Word documents, and on and on.
